I can not believe that man sneaked over her and blogged after I put him in bed vomiting yesterday. I just caught that little note there. He really is crazy.

On November 4, 2006 I became an Ironman. This is a title that means much to me but does not define me. I found out somewhere on that course that the title of husband, father and friend mean much more.This blog is a journal of my quest to maintain ironman fitness while fighting ‘Common Man Syndrome’. CMS is a collection of thoughts and actions which lead to a lazy and uninspired life. Everyday seek to defeat the symptoms of the Common Man by loving yourself, loving your support system, establishing a goal and then using determination, right attitude and sacrifice make your dream come true.

Seems like maybe those concussions have robbed his body of the ability to make adjustments to harsh conditions. I don't think it gets any more harsh than yesterday.
Good thing he has you to take care of him!
